Which included using terra cotta tile as wall back up through the building including interior hallways. During the interior restoration it was discovered that the handrails were not properly attached to the terra cotta back up walls. Scope of Work: Attach handrail to terra cotta wall To solve the attachment situation a Cintec anchor 3/8” stainless steel threaded rod 7” long with a 5” sock was installed in a 2.5” hole with 1” of exposed thread was allowed for the attachment of the hand rail.
