Construction of a large property development was in progress with some apartments approaching completion. The client required a temporary boiler to be connected to one of the buildings which contained twelve flats on three floors. The boiler was needed for two purposes, initially for screed drying in the apartments and later on, to provide heat to more buildings within the development.
