Collaboration challenges persist, with 62% citing uneven IT/OT security. Organizations with secure remote access and crisis plans adapted faster. Most have updated plans, prioritized new technologies, and empowered CISOs, focusing on OT visibility, continuous monitoring, and stronger IT/OT collaboration to build resilience.
