For years, they have served as the foundation for building and maintaining an effective program. However, where the seven elements fail many of us is in providing a series of actions we can take to benchmark, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of our compliance programs. In response to this, we sat down with a number of our fellow compliance experts and decided to improve on this framework.
