Network Observability Maturity Model
Broadcom’s Network Observability Maturity Model addresses the complexity of modern, hybrid, and third-party-dependent networks. Challenges include blind spots in ISP/cloud visibility, reactive monitoring, skill gaps, and tool sprawl. The five maturity stages—Manual, Traditional, Modern, Next-Gen, and Self-Healing—progress from siloed, reactive monitoring to AI-driven, automated remediation. Key requirements include third-party visibility, SD-WAN correlation, active synthetic monitoring, and advanced analytics. Goals are to optimize operations, accelerate transformations, and enhance user experience, enabling faster triage, reduced costs, and better service delivery.
