The client faced challenges managing thousands of known and unknown devices accessing its Cisco-based infrastructure. Softchoice deployed ISE to centralize authentication, enforce 802.1x machine-based access, and integrate with Azure Active Directory for unified credential management and multifactor authentication. The project progressed from securing wireless networks to implementing wired port authentication, dynamic VLAN segmentation, and device profiling.
