This study uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to model condensation on cooled walls within enclosures. HCLTech validates heat and mass transfer correlations for different geometries and surface conditions. The results demonstrate improved prediction of condensation film thickness and temperature gradients. This approach supports better design of HVAC, electronics cooling, and power system enclosures, ensuring energy efficiency and material protection.
