This paper describes how Innovatix automated a client’s external data feed extraction and assembly using Microsoft Power Automate. The manual process required pulling heterogeneous data daily from FTPs, websites, and emails, creating risks of errors, compliance issues, and scalability limits. Automation stages included FTP file transfers, KPI index aggregation into pipe-delimited files, and email attachment processing. Benefits were major: manual work cut from 3–5 hours to 5 minutes, 70% lower development costs versus custom coding, stronger data integrity, automated alerts, and scalable workflows that improved compliance and efficiency.
