The Certification Engine for Google Tests enables safety‑standards‑compliant results from existing GoogleTest suites by generating certified Cantata test outputs. Cantata Hybrid runs from the command line for automated batch execution, using the certified Cantata Compiler Driver and Instrumenter to apply directives, options, and coverage settings while building the test executable. The Cantata library for the target environment is linked with both the source code and the GoogleTest suite. When the hybrid executable runs, it executes all GoogleTest and GoogleMock macros while producing certified test results suitable for safety‑critical development.
