Nearly half of malicious Office documents were delivered via phishing, while Remote Code Execution accounted for 40% of vulnerabilities but only 19% of exploited cases. Microsoft Word and Excel were the most targeted file formats, comprising 95% of file-based attacks, underscoring the need for robust security measures.
