This overview presents Red Hat’s framework for helping telco providers progress toward fully autonomous networks. Based on TM Forum maturity levels, it supports incremental automation—from partial automation to highly autonomous operations. Built on Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, Advanced Cluster Management, and Red Hat AI, the framework enables closed-loop automation, predictive operations, and cross-domain orchestration. Service providers can improve resilience, reduce OPEX, accelerate service rollout, and support AI-driven optimization across RAN, core, and edge environments while maintaining governance and security.
