Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act of 2018 empowered the Commissioner of Cybersecurity to investigate threats, assess impacts, and prevent further harm, leading to the creation of the Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) for Critical Information Infrastructure, most recently updated in December 2022.
