Forrester’s March 2025 study, commissioned by Workday, evaluates the three-year economic impact of Workday HCM and Financial Management on retail organizations. Based on interviews with four companies, the composite organization achieved $21.4M in benefits, including $12.7M from manager productivity, $5.4M from frontline workforce optimization, and $3.3M from reduced turnover. Workday also enabled a 90% drop in payroll errors, a 65% reduction in financial planning time, and a 20% decrease in audit time. Customers praised improved scheduling, faster recruiting, and significant time savings in financial forecasting.
