The State of the European Supply Chain Report 2022 highlights how COVID-19 exposed vulnerabilities in logistics, driving demand for end-to-end visibility to replace siloed, manual processes. European businesses face major pain points including carrier relationships (63%), dwell times (39%), and lack of freight traceability (67%). Over half of respondents said real-time ETAs for shipments are their most pressing challenge, while 59% lack visibility tools for inbound materials. Sustainability pressures are mounting, with 40% increasing commitments and 57% targeting transport emission cuts. Real-time visibility is seen as critical to resilience, customer service, and meeting ESG goals.
