Business Digital Transformation Monitor: Exploring unknown paths in the digital world

The 2024 KPMG Business Digital Transformation Monitor reports notable progress in Poland’s digitalization. The main indicator rose to 5.1/10, marking the first time Polish companies entered the top half of the scale. The share of firms with a formal digital strategy increased to 27%, with 20% planning to develop one in 2024. One-third intend to boost digital transformation spending, and 18% plan to hire in this area. AI tools are used by 30% of companies, with another 30% planning adoption. Cybersecurity procedures are in place at 72% of firms, up 12 points. Despite progress, Poland still lags in many EU digital benchmarks.
