A Workday-commissioned global survey reveals key challenges: poor alignment between finance and IT, lack of ERP flexibility, and skill gaps in both functions. Only 9% of nonprofit leaders report strong finance-IT alignment, and 51% are concerned about ERP limitations. The top transformation goals are becoming more data-driven, upskilling teams in analytics and financial literacy, and fostering tighter CFO-CIO collaboration.
