Techniques such as GrimResource exploitation, BYOVD, and Living Off the Land attacks rose sharply. APT actors used false flags and botnet takeovers for concealment. The report forecasts 2025 trends of technological upgrades, targeted political espionage, and large-scale cyber intrusions.
