Surprisingly, only 14% find meaning through contributing to a greater good. Millennials prioritize learning and growth, with 64% agreeing that their employers invest in their development. Millennials are also more likely to choose a high-pressure job they've always wanted, but they prefer shorter commutes over job fulfillment. Overall, 69% of respondents are in their dream jobs, with Millennials leading at 84%. Gender gaps in workplace flexibility and mission alignment remain significant.
