The ServiceNow World of Work survey reveals that 90% of executives and employees agree their companies transitioned to new ways of working faster than expected. However, change remains challenging: 55% of employees want to maintain these new work models, while 46% of executives prioritize returning to pre-COVID-19 practices. Despite accelerated digital transformation, 91% of executives report ongoing offline workflows, including document approvals (53%), security incident reports (52%), and performance reviews (44%).
