CyberArk’s CISO View highlights that as cloud, mobile, and distributed enterprises grow, spear-phishing and credential theft are rising, with 97% noting more attacks. Non-IT end users are the most targeted group, while 94% of leaders face endpoint security challenges, especially around maintaining user and device inventories and minimizing privileges. Executives see Zero Trust as key to reducing risk, with 88% calling its adoption very important and 87% prioritizing privilege reduction. At the same time, 86% stress optimizing user experience, warning that overly complex authentication can cause fatigue and risky behavior.
