Regional service providers are working to bridge the digital divide but face frequent DDoS attacks and challenges with IPv6 adoption. Pulse and A10 surveyed 100 technology decision-makers across North America, Europe, and Asia to assess network expansion strategies and the impact of DDoS threats. The survey revealed that most respondents experience moderate protection despite frequent attacks on networks, subscribers, and IPv4 pools. Over half reported DDoS attacks two to three times per month, primarily targeting subscribers without disrupting overall network availability, highlighting the need for stronger security measures.
