To register for SonicWall’s competitive upgrade program, customers must have owned an eligible competitive product for at least six months prior to purchase and registration. As a condition, the old product must be disposed of within 60 days of the registration date. Proof of ownership must be provided within 15 days upon request; failure to comply may result in termination of services for the replacement product. Additionally, owners must supply accurate contact details, including name and email address, to complete registration and ensure eligibility for the program benefits.
