A study interviewing over 60 S2P professionals revealed a proactive stance towards innovation and efficiency, yet highlighted challenges in achieving alignment and data utilization. The importance of adopting advanced technologies and strengthening internal and supplier relationships for a healthier S2P cycle is underscored, alongside the need for shared goals and better data leverage to drive business health.
