WHAT IS TARGETED RCM AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT? Targeted RCM is a fully SAE JA1011-12 compliant Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis methodology that incorporates the use of one or two facilitators who focus on small portions of the plant to accomplish rapid results.
