Digital Realty’s ServiceFabric® Virtual Router is a managed virtual routing service that provides Layer 3 connectivity across the ServiceFabric® network using BGP. It connects multiple Virtual Connections into a unified routing domain, enabling secure, efficient data exchange between public clouds and private deployments without hair-pinning traffic through customer premises equipment. Use cases include multi-cloud routing, hybrid deployments, and localized traffic management. It features private IPv4 addressing, Q-in-Q VLAN tagging, eBGP peering, and speeds up to 10Gbps, supporting scalable, resilient, and low-latency interconnectivity across distributed environments.
