ECS, Arqit, and Intel developed a CSfC-compliant Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP) to protect classified data in transit against quantum threats. Leveraging Arqit’s SKA-Platform for rapid symmetric key generation and Intel’s NetSec Accelerator hardware, the solution eliminates manual key management and supports high-frequency rekeying. Using RFC-8784-compliant strongSwan VPNs, it achieved secure nested IPsec tunnels with minimal performance loss—only 3.5% for a single tunnel and 9.1% for nested tunnels. This scalable, quantum-safe architecture enables secure mobile classified access without specialized tuning, ensuring resilience for dynamic mission environments.
