It guarantees that all immutable snapshots remain recoverable for their retention period and offers support to locate them if needed. The guarantee applies to systems with active support and SaaS contracts, connected to HPE’s cloud console, and running OS 10.5.0 or later. Valid for three years, it excludes non-production systems, misconfigured environments, and incidents caused by external hardware or software.
