Thales Australia, a key electronics and systems provider for aerospace, defence, transport, and security, maintains critical technologies for the Australian Defence Forces. After successfully delivering the Army’s Tiger helicopter simulators, Thales received a contract in 2007 to support and upgrade them. The simulators—one Full Flight Mission Simulator and two Crew Procedural Trainers located in Toowoomba and Darwin—use interconnected technologies to create high‑fidelity training environments. XENON supported Thales by enhancing the visual systems, ensuring improved realism and performance for Army pilot training.
