Dallaglio RugbyWorks - Case Study The Introduction Dallaglio RugbyWorks is a skills development programme set up by England rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio. The programmed aims to provide sustained education, employment or training to teenagers who are outside of mainstream education. Using the values of rugby to help develop a wide range of essential skills, Dallaglio RugbyWorks provide structure, support and a pathway to the future for young people who have been excluded from mainstream education. Founded over 9 years ago, the programme has been a huge success. Compared to Alternative Provision sites, young people benefitting from the help of Dallaglio RugbyWorks are 3 times more likely to pass a Maths & English Level 2 and twice as likely to still be in education, employment and trainin
