Still using traditional approaches to manage change, senior management recognised they needed to change the way people work if they wanted to keep up with today’s marketplace. Some of the company used MS project, but in isolation, and visibility and sharing was limited. The company embarked on an initiative to setup its first Project Management Office (PMO) to provide the foundation for the digital transformation they needed.
