CASE STUDY: WOODSTOCK COMMUNITYENERGY PLAN Client: City of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada OVERVIEW The Ministry of Energy (MOE) launched the Municipal Energy Plan (MEP) program in 2013 in order to support local energy planning efforts in Ontario. In 2014, the City of Woodstock retained Lura Consulting to assist with the development of its Community Energy Plan. SERVICES Lura Consulting was retained to lead the development of a Community Energy Plan (CEP) for the City of Woodstock. The project involved: ?
