Window World is a franchise of independently owned stores helping home owners with new replacement windows, doors and siding. Mike and Melissa Edwards opened their first Window World store in Huntsville, Alabama in 2002. And, as the business grew, they found themselves in need of an in-house accountant. Enter Alicia Hancock. Alicia had assisted Mike with a third store opening when she was working for a public accounting firm. So, she was a natural fit, and they recruited her to join the team at Window World in 2010. Today, Mike and Melissa own a total of four Window World locations across Alabama and Georgia (Huntsville, The Shoals, Central Alabama, and North Atlanta) and Alicia takes care of the books.
