Such is the popularity of this establishment that disruption to trade had to be kept to an absolute minimum at the insistence of the clients. Approach The Windmill is managed under the “Sizzling Pub & Grill” brand by Mitchells & Butlers, who are one of the UK’s largest operators of bars and restaurants. As Pacific have worked on numerous projects with M&B, they were able to draw on their vast experience of delivering to deadline and to budget for a demanding client.
