WELBECK COLLIERY UK Coal Demolition of Welbeck Colliery October 2010 - May 2011 Ron Hull Demolition Ltd were awarded the highly sought after contract to demolish Welbeck Colliery and achieved this successfully within programme and without the occurrence of any incident, with commendations from our client UK Coal. The demolition works were carried out over a 7 month period and included the demolition of various steel framed and brick constructed buildings and the eventual crushing of brick arisings using Ron Hull Demolition Ltd's own fully licensed mobile crushing plant. Various asbestos containing materials were identified on site as per the survey provided and these were removed by an approved licensed sub-contractor who was fully monitored during the course of the works.
