Rangel of Pure Orthodontics in Grand Blanc was interested in constructing and owning a building that would house his long-time orthondontic practice. FUNchitecture loved his sleek, modern design aesthetic and set to work on creatively utilizing a narrow urban site in the downtown core to create a 4,000 SF building, parking, landscape and signage that would suit the client’s exquisite taste! A single-use, modern building with pro-stone in an almost white, paired with clear anodized aluminum ACM panels, black granite base and floor-to-ceiling glass set the exterior tone.
