Water Shortage Mitigation Plan for Tampa Bay Water Client: Tampa Bay Water Location: Clearwater, FL Hazen and Sawyer completed development of a regional Water Shortage Mitigation Plan (WSMP) for Tampa Bay Water to provide Agency-approved procedures for managing extreme supply shortages during droughts.
