Client: Full Service Retirement Community Spokane, WA Type of job: Dry-down, mold remediation and reconstruction of a full-service retirement community consisting of condominium- style homes, assisted living apartments, memory care center and skilled nursing facility. Situation Massive snow storms and freezing temperatures in Washington State caused significant ice buildup on the rooftops of this retire- ment community. The ice buildup eventually broke through the roofs, causing major water damage inside many of the buildings throughout the 16-acre campus.
