Case Study Objective The Board wanted to discuss and assess impact and progress in a number of areas, including: • Operating environment – backward and forward look, how sector is reacting and implications for WRHA • Risk – assessment of current risks in sector and for WRHA • Board effectiveness and structures • Corporate aims and objectives – revisiting ‘purpose’ • Next steps for the organisation What we achieved? WRHA is unusual in that despite being small, it is an active developer. It also collaborates with other housing organisations to minimise costs.
