CASE STUDY WABCO 8225 Patriot Boulevard, North Charleston, SC Clayco-Venture One Development Services developed a $17 million state-of-the-art U.S. manufacturing facility for WABCO, the leading global supplier of technologies and control systems for the safety and efficiency of commercial vehicles. The new 145,200 square-foot facility, located in North Charleston, South Carolina, was fully operational in the second quarter of 2016. Included in the overall space is a 60,000 square-foot manufacturing area, a 68,000 square-foot warehouse area and a 16,000 square-foot office area.
