This was a full M&E package of Heating, Ventilation and Electrical. Contract worked on CDP (Contractors Design Proposals), which as difficulties arose the contractor was to seek the best possible solution to maintain program timescales. Each phased completion achieved, despite building work problems and Grade 1 Listed Building limitations. Variations agreed as the contract went on and final account was within contract constraints.
