This scheme is constructed in three phases and comprises a new vehicle workshop (Building WIO612), the demolition of Buildings BXH657 and BXH660, followed by subsequent hard-standing works. Prior to commencement of the works, the existing paviours were lifted, and the cut and fill exercise commenced. At the same time, we set out an area for our accommodation to be sited, with this area in the same surface as the vehicle service yard, allowing the units to remain in place until project completion.
