IQVIA MedTech helped a device maker scale clinical nurse educators (CEs) for its antimicrobial dressing line. Initially just five CEs, the team expanded nationwide, providing infection prevention education and point prevalence audits. During COVID-19, virtual education extended reach to remote hospitals. Results from 2015–2022 showed thousands of educational sessions and 100% target achievement. CEs also attended medical society meetings, enhancing reputation. With low turnover and strong impact, the team became a long-term asset, offering solutions beyond training and elevating patient outcomes.
