Peter Brett (PBA) | Urban Extension, North Horsham PBA has been involved in the promotion of the land north of Horsham since 2011, compiling evidence and producing workable, cost-effective solutions to demonstrate that the site would deliver a sustainable development, preferable to other locations in the district. The plans have now been approved following promotion and stakeholder engagement from PBA. We were selected by Liberty Property Trust to support them on the promotion of the site through the council’s Local Planning Framework process as a result of our local knowledge, reputation and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
