The Requirement Conisbee had over 60 workstations, all with different specifications and applications installed. This created many individual problems, which the IT department had to deal with on a daily basis. Conisbee needed to upgrade their IT infrastructure, which included their Microsoft Exchange, directories and to standardise their workstations, to allow the IT department to effectively manage the maintenance of each system.
