Richardson Associates (1993) Limited - Educational Facility - Project Summary- ral93 / Consulting Engineers Project Name: UPEI Health Sciences Building– Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island The 39,000-square-foot Health Sciences Building was completed in the fall of 2011 consisting of three levels and is home to the School of Nursing and the Department of Applied Human Sciences (formerly Family and Nutritional Sciences). The Building features a mix of classrooms, offices, clinical workspaces and laboratories. The electrical systems in the Building included energy efficient lighting, emergency/exit lighting, general power, emergency power for essential systems, campus wide peer-to-peer networked fire alarm system, CCTV system, door access system, classroom
