Universidad Andrés Bello in Chile partnered with HP Managed Device Services (MDS) to optimize device fleet management and minimize security threats across eight campuses. HP provided endpoint management for 2,500 devices, handling configuration and security tasks to improve hardware support and analytics. This collaboration freed IT staff to focus on educational priorities, enhanced the user experience for students and staff, and accelerated incident resolution. The university achieved time and cost savings with a single provider and plans to extend HP’s services university-wide.
