Project Highlights: The Kuala Lumpur Pavilion sits on a 12.6 acre site facing Jalan Raja Chulan and Jalan Bukit Bintang, and was developed in two phases. The shopping center is the main focus of the development, taking up a net leasable area of 1.37 million square feet spread over 7 retail levels, with approximately 450 retail shops. The apartment structure is called “The Pavilion Residence” and consists of 368 high-end apartments spread over two towers. The unit sizes for these apartments start at about 1,200 square feet for a 2-bedroom unit, increase to 2,000-2,500 square feet for a 3-bedroom room unit, and then grow to a substantial 4,000 square feet for the 4-bedroom units on the upper floors.
