Project Highlights: T. Y . Lin International (TYLI) was retained by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) to serve as a third-party reviewer of construction submittals and to provide engineering consultation for the erection and transport of the P954 Flyover Bridge in Bahrain. Construction of the network tied-arch bridge was commissioned by the U.S. Navy in Bahrain. Along with reviewing submittals, TYLI was charged with overseeing the status of bridge erection, performing onsite observations of the structure, identifying any potential engineering issues that could impact bridge transport, and providing engineering support services during an overnight operation to transport and install the bridge over the Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Highway.
