Lin International (TYLI), as part of a team, prepared Ready-to-Advertise complete architectural and structural designs, specifications, design analysis, and construction cost estimates for multiple forward operating bases (FOBs) in Afghanistan for the Project and Contracting Office (PCO) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District. The project was in support of the District’s mission to secure borders in Afghanistan. Each fast-track design project included structures and buildings, infrastructure, and force protection requirements to house, feed, train, protect, maintain, and sustain members of the Afghan Police or U.S. Army.
