RESULTS: The contractor was able to finish the project on time and with minimal issues. Even with the soil conditions being clay and sand, there were no issues with the spiral weld pipe. However, this project proved that the 4-Tooth design was too tight and the 3- tooth design needed to be adopted for auger boring. TES
